Today Glasgow Rangers have been advised no told to abandon their lucrative sponsorship deal with Carling lager.Why? because the advertising of alcohol causes offence to their muslim fans...I would have thought that the filthy language, constant spitting of the players and sectarian abuse, seen at every game: would have been far more offensive to the average muslim..but no, a single unobtrusive word on a Rangers shirt is enough to have them clamouring at the gates of Ibrox, demanding a rethink from 1 of Scotland's biggest clubs! Now I'm not racist, but I do feel its high time we stopped pandering to these extremists and explained to them that as they are living in Scotland,a openly racist country, they had better accept things as they are, as we would be expected to do in an islamic country...
